Eddie was referred to us by a friend. I called his number left a message and he literally called be back in less than 3 minutes. I knew immediately he would be the realtor for us. He had me download his app and look at some properties we might be interested in. I emailed him a list on a Friday night and he had us looking at houses on a Sunday. We found our dream home that day! I'll be honest, I picked Eddie because I used Zillow and I saw his name come up in regard to a house I was interested him--I didn't know him nor was I recommended him but I was encouraged by the positive reviews here. Eddie did not disappoint from our very first email.<br/><br/>Despite initially living in a different country, Eddie worked with me to get some details up and running, find a selection of houses that met my criteria, and hit the ground running with me the very first day I arrived in Toledo. It was a busy process but Eddie was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful in showing us around Toledo, helping us see the houses we were interested in, and all on what I have to admit was a fairly hectic time for us.<br/><br/>Eddie was very knowledgeable when viewing houses as well, thanks to his previous experience in construction and building, spotting things in houses for us that we would never even know about.
