Betsy Kelsey and co-realtor Lila Csortos were a dream team for us both in the purchase of our new home, and the sale of our existing home. They were with us every step of the way with excellent advice regarding preparing an offer, negotiating, pricing, advertising, timing and financing. Calls and texts were always answered promptly, and we were confident our transactions were being done correctly and timely. Betsy worked so well with other agents on both sales also. She truly knows the real estate market and all its regulations and is very attentive to all the details. She prepared and processed documents so quickly; we were never left waiting for anything! She also understood our feelings about securing a buyer for our home who would love it as much as we did for so many years. She pointed out all the wonderful features of our home in the marketing materials and brought in a photographer who portrayed our home with all the warmth we felt for it. She was always willing to go the extra mile with open houses, phone conversations, meetings and anything else we asked for. We don’t anticipate moving again, but if we did, I know who we would call, and we would highly recommend her for either a sale or a purchase!

Jeannie deserves unlimited stars. My wife and I are first time home buyers and we knew NOTHING about the process or what it entailed. I wasn't ready at all and made several mistakes along the way. Jeannie not only guided us with care and grace but even had the patience of a true saint to have to deal with our ignorance and indecisiveness as well as a bit of a difficult situation come closing. At no point in the process did we feel pressured or persuaded into deciding one way or the other and anything we decided, she backed 110%. Words cannot describe how truly thankful we are for her fantastic service, caring personality, professionalism and I ,to the umpteenth degree, reccomend anyone who is in the area and looking for a home, to partner with her. It will be the best decision you will ever make.

Johnny is very organized and initially met with us to explain the process and steps to sell our home. This early meeting allowed us to basically know what was going to happen next. He was very thorough with covering and explaining the paperwork needed to proceed. When our first offer backed off because of the radon mediation, he was very confident that we would have more offers. Once that second offer with our acceptance came through, he prepared us for next step. When the appraisal came back a little less than the agreed price, we had a good discussion about why that happened and helped us decide to move forward based on the key factors. We also appreciated knowing what was going on from the buyers end of the sale. Once the buyers were approved and discussion of a closing date entered the picture, he helped us to remain patient with the process. At the closing it was reassuring to have him present to listen to each explanation of what we were signing. Johnny's experience and caring attitude are two reasons that we were very happy to have him for our agent and would highly recommend him to others.

We are 1st time home buyers and made the mistake at first working with another realtor... Jeannie came highly recommended to us, we quickly learned what a quality relator is! Not just someone who opens doors and puts offers in. Its someone who walks through a house as if its for their family member buying not just a client. Its someone who sends you a message to check in on how your feeling about things. Its building a true connection and team.
