We have bought and sold a few homes over our lifetime. This far and away was the best experience ever. John is very straight forward, knows the market and puts things in simple terms. If you need to contact him he calls back immediately. His on line presentation of our house was beyond excellent and certainly led to us selling in six days. When we had an offer he discussed pros and cons so we could make an informed decision. He then walked us through the entire process from inspection to closing. If I were buying or selling a house he would be my first and only choice.

John and I discussed my wish list and contingencies for the sale of my house, including timeline and listing price. He presented me with various options, with advice on things I might not have thought about, and with that good guidance, we chose a plan that I was very pleased with. He was spot on with implementing each step of the plan. The real estate market became a bit unstable right after we listed. He was on top of that and made measured suggestions on how we might be flexible and adapt to this, allowing me to weigh my options and gave me confidence in choosing a path to follow. During the listing period, then while the sale was pending, and even after closing, John was always prompt in responding to my questions and helped me accomplish some tasks from a distance, since I had left town before closing day. I can't think of anything that was delayed or that went wrong through the whole process. From the first day of listing to closing day was less than 2 months-perfect! This was the third time I have sold a house, and from the perspective of the realtors I've used, this was by far the best experience I had-5 stars are no exaggeration. I would recommend John highly to any buyer or seller.
