•We were selling after we bought a new home and Lindsey was patient with our timeline to get the house ready to sell. She did a walk through at our first meeting to give suggestions that would optimize listing price and time to sell. Her photographer colleague did a great job showing our house well. She explained the comps that she put together and helped us choose a list price that we felt comfortable with. We were happy that after 3 showings in 24 hours, we had an accepted offer at our list price! Negotiations went fairly smoothly and so did the sale. Selling a house is stressful and miscommunications can happen between all the various people involved. Lindsey was sympathetic/apologetic when a few of these happened. We appreciate all her work and would recommend her to our friends.
