I have been a New York State licensed real estate agent or broker since 1990. I initially started in the business by marketing RE/MAX franchises throughout New York State including New York City and Long Island. In 1992 I became a full-time agent for a RE/MAX franchise in Amherst, NY. In 1999 I managed a local independent office in Orchard Park, starting from scratch, I built the office up to 14 experienced, high producing agents. In 2001 I was asked to join the largest independent real estate company in New York State and 6th largest in the country, RealtyUSA. I have consistently been one of highest producing agents, in one of the highest volume offices in that company. I am proudest of knowing that I have assisted over 700 families find or sell homes and accomplished this with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Specialties: I have experience in relocation, investment properties, commercial sales and luxury homes.

I was born and raised in Utica,NY, moving to Buffalo, NY at age 19 to attend college. I lived in the University Heights area while attending the SUNY @ Buffalo and later the Niagara Falls and Tonawanda areas while completing my education. I then met my wife, a life-long Buffalonian, and here I remained, raising our family of 4 children in the Southtowns. I have grown to love every corner of WNY, each with its unique offerings, both residentially and commercially speaking. My career for the past 25 years has been in the medical field and I am now transitioning into Real Estate. Working in the medical community I have met people from all walks of life, from all areas of the city and country side, forging relationships with them while meeting their medical needs. I have watched singles, families and entrepreneurs from local and afar, planting their roots here in Buffalo to be part of our great city. With a strong background in finance and hands-on real estate experience, I bring a well-rounded and strategic approach to helping clients navigate the Buffalo real estate market. I began investing in real estate in 2021 and have since built a portfolio of multi-family properties across the Greater Buffalo area. My focus on value-add investing and deep familiarity with the BRRRR method have given me extensive experience in property renovations, project oversight, and maximizing investment returns. Licensed as a real estate agent since 2023, I work with both new and seasoned investors, as well as homebuyers and sellers looking for an agent who understands the numbers and the bigger picture. I earned my degree in Finance from the University at Buffalo and have worked professionally as a product manager in the insure-tech and fintech industries. Most recently, I’ve worked with a hard money lender, gaining valuable insight into the lending process from the inside out—knowledge that I now use to help clients structure deals with confidence.
