Well, all & all we sold our property which is what we wanted. Although if we would have agreed originally on Gerard Greens recommendation on the initial asking price, I feel we would have gotten less for the property. Not sure why that happened but he agreed to go with my higher asking price. To his credit he found a qualified buyer pretty quickly, that I am thankful for.After that his communication at times was rather slow on how things were progressing. Closing on land or property in New York State is extremely slow and saturated with very unnecessary red tape. I am out of state which made it much harder. Trust me if I would have been local this transaction would have gone much quicker and smoother. Gerald Green is a very professional and experienced realtor, would I use him again, absolutely. Would I purchase or sell real estate in New York? Highly unlikely.
