I met Nancy at one of her open houses, because of the professionalism she showed me that day, I fired the realtor I had and I hired her to help me find my first house. I never regret it, Nancy was the one I needed, she was very helpful, patient, good listener, works on our schedule, never put pressure on us she was really a patient realtor until we found the house we liked, it was a short sale, and guess what? That's Nancy's expertise, she was a good negociator and made it happen, we bought that house....since then, Nancy became a family friend and my daughters loved her. Actually, Salma was 1 year old back then, and up to now, she still has the Minnie mouse that Nancy gave her, she can not sleep without her, or going in a trip without Minnie.
