As first time home buyers, my husband and I knew nothing about the process of buying a home. Jay took the time to outline the steps of the entire process for us which allowed us to know what to expect. He was always quick to respond to questions and setting up showings, allowing us to get into homes immediately as they got onto the market. While taking us through homes, he took the time to point out good/not so good features of the home that we wouldn't have necessarily known to look for. Nancy had helped sell my sister's townhouse several years earlier. So it was an easy decision to call her again to sell my Mother's home.
