Best of the best
Jessica's knowledge of the area is the best we've ever seen and I'm a native of Venice, FL. She will always answer that phone when we were needing answers. We just completed a sale and a purchase through Jessica which was the most pleasant experience. Even after the sale she is set up with great contractors to settle in your new home the way you see fit. I'm confident in saying we made a friend!

SIMPLY THE BEST!!
Pamela Strom was our realtor in 2014 when we moved to Lakewood Ranch. She helped us tremendously then to find the perfect house for us. So it was a "no brainer" to call her again when we decided to list our house this summer. Pamela is extremely patient in dealing with all the little details that need to be dealt with. She also is a great listener, so no time is wasted. In addition to being extremely professional, most of all Pamela is very trustworthy, which is a great trait to have in any business. Superb Realtor with high customer attitude
Jessica helped to find our new home in Florida while we were in NY. She managed that complex process of visiting homes, making online video-presentation, forwarding hundreds of our questions to owners perfectly. I got all the needed information within an acceptable timeframe and was happy with the client's experience of "shopping for a home".

Kristin is a very experienced career real estate agent
Kristen is a very experienced career real estate agent. She is not a part time type of agent. She knows the Sarasota/Bradenton area and was able to listen to what type of home I was looking for and quickly identify neighborhoods that suited my needs. This is only my second home purchase and I was a bit nervous about doing this but she walked me through everything and had my back. I almost put an offer down on a cheaper home thinking it would be more suitable to my budget but she convinced me to look again at the neighborhood that I really wanted. I ended up purchasing that home and it worked out perfectly financially at the end. Houses in this neighborhood have already appreciated much more than the other neighborhood that I looked at. Much appreciated!
