Midge McCarthy of REMAX Sarasota represented my wife and me in 2018 when we purchased a second home in Sarasota Florida. Her knowledge and professionalism was so over and above the real estate agents that we have dealt with previously that we wouldn’t consider retaining anyone else to sell the property we had purchased just 2 1/2 years earlier. She worked diligently scheduling showings to abide by our tenants schedule. She developed a great rapport with the buyers agent and went out of her way to take it upon herself to coordinate the scheduling of repairs that were needed before closing. Best of all, we had asked for and received updates on a daily basis. We believe that Midge is the best of the best!

We did this transaction (new construction) during the height of Covid and her attention to details and assistance thru every step was invaluable.

Jessica prepared a great presentation of our house, helped us through our questions during the process, keeping us cool when stress threatened and closed a deal that was good for us and the buyers.

Jessica's knowledge of the area is the best we've ever seen and I'm a native of Venice, FL. She will always answer that phone when we were needing answers. We just completed a sale and a purchase through Jessica which was the most pleasant experience. Even after the sale she is set up with great contractors to settle in your new home the way you see fit. I'm confident in saying we made a friend!

Jessica and her team took ownership of the listing & sales process right from the start. They advised, listened and collaborated with us as needed. When it came time to negotiate offers Jessica gave us great guidance. The overall experience was outstanding.

Pamela Strom was our realtor in 2014 when we moved to Lakewood Ranch. She helped us tremendously then to find the perfect house for us. So it was a "no brainer" to call her again when we decided to list our house this summer. Pamela is extremely patient in dealing with all the little details that need to be dealt with. She also is a great listener, so no time is wasted. In addition to being extremely professional, most of all Pamela is very trustworthy, which is a great trait to have in any business. Pamela has made the whole experience of buying and selling pretty much stress free. Thank you Pamela- we cannot thank you enough! In the future, we will definitely recommend Pamela Strom, because she is "simply the best"!

Jessica helped to find our new home in Florida while we were in NY. She managed that complex process of visiting homes, making online video-presentation, forwarding hundreds of our questions to owners perfectly. I got all the needed information within an acceptable timeframe and was happy with the client's experience of "shopping for a home".

Kristen is a very experienced career real estate agent. She is not a part time type of agent. She knows the Sarasota/Bradenton area and was able to listen to what type of home I was looking for and quickly identify neighborhoods that suited my needs. This is only my second home purchase and I was a bit nervous about doing this but she walked me through everything and had my back. I almost put an offer down on a cheaper home thinking it would be more suitable to my budget but she convinced me to look again at the neighborhood that I really wanted. I ended up purchasing that home and it worked out perfectly financially at the end. Houses in this neighborhood have already appreciated much more than the other neighborhood that I looked at. Much appreciated!
