I can't recommend Michelle enough. There was quite a bit of work that needed to be done on my house both before it went on the market and after. As an absentee owner I was able to rely on Michelle to let repairmen, inspectors, etc. into the house. This was a big relief to know that she was so willing and able to assist in this manner. I couldn't have sold my house as quickly as I did without her.
