If not for Tom's patience and steadfast professionalism I don't think my wife and I would have survived the sale of our home. In the early days of Covid he navigated us through a maze of poorly qualified buyers, lazy lawyers and unscrupulous inspectors. As for our purchase Tom, was always available to look at listings and always seemed to have just one-more house for us to look at until we finally came upon our dream home. I listed my condo with Tom and within a week it was sold! Couldn't have been happier or more pleased. Tom took the time to arrive for the inspection when I was unavailable to do so.
