My commitment to our community spans decades, with active involvement in the PTA, Girl Scouts, youth sports coaching, and local hospital volunteer work. Prior to real estate, I earned a degree in Interior Design and managed several large home improvement stores across New Jersey, gaining invaluable experience in home aesthetics and project management.

She then completed an additional year to obtain her certification as a Human Talent Specialist. Aura is bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English fluently, a skill that allows her to connect with a diverse range of people both personally and professionally.
Her career began in Armenia, Colombia, where she worked in Human Resources for her local government. There, she excelled in sourcing talent, hiring, and creating contracts for new hires. Aura also trained, developed, and certified her team members, showcasing her strong leadership and organizational skills.
Passionate about exploring new places, Aura fell in love with the United States while traveling. It was in New Jersey that she met the love of her life, Jhoany. Perfect Agent for First Timers
Working with Michelle was the best decision we made as first-time home buyers in Sussex County. We started off with tons of questions, but Michelle took the time to explain every single step of the process, from how to get preapproved all the way to the final closing document. She was extremely patient in helping find the perfect place in a turbulent market. She never rushed us and made a potentially stressful experience feel manageable and even exciting! Once we found the place we liked, she was quick to help craft the perfect offer to get us our home. She helped us pick great partners for our mortgage and attorney. Highly recommend it if you are buying your first home.

Michelle Rocks!
Michelle was so helpful during our first home-buying process. She was very responsive, kind, patient, and overall great to work with. Once we got into the negotiation process, Michelle was up front, honest, and helped us secure the best deal. As first-time homebuyers, we required a lot of explanations and assistance, especially in understanding the right people, such as the mortgage professional and lawyer. Michelle got us the right contacts who were such a pleasure to work with! When it came to closing day, we've been warned about how stressful it can be. Working with Michelle's team was a breeze. We're happily in our home for a week and can't wait to see the projects we take on, and for the potential the house has!
