Chad Kanyo has been incredible. We knew nothing coming into this process and barely knew what we wanted in a house. Chad was personally with us every step of the way to answer questions patiently (even the stupid ones) and help us explore different houses, even when we were sure we didn't want them but were just curious to explore and learn more about the houses we found. We really have to give Chad two thumbs up through this whole covid-19 crisis, he ended up really going the extra mile when, us getting back to work cut it so close to losing our locked in interest rate, we thought for sure we would lose it. Not to mention the complications of places being shut down or on skeleton crews. Because of Chad and the team of people he chooses to work with and recommend to us, we were able to secure our loan with an amazing interest rate and close on our new home in just the nic of time. We both feel less like we have a good realtor and more like we have a great friend, and that quality shows through in his tenacity of finding exactly what we wanted. Jennifer worked diligently and tirelessly with us to help us purchase our first investment property. Right away talking with her, I could tell she was extremely knowledgeable about both the buying and rental market and I realized we were in very good hands. She was always quick to get us in to see available properties, and with a good eye spotting potential problems with the property which helped us narrow down our options. When the time came to make an offer, her advice and negotiating skills were invaluable in writing up an offer that was sensible and yet very attractive to the buyer. Out of 8 offers on the first day the property was shown, ours was the one the buyer accepted. I look forward to working with her again to find our next property!

I recently closed on a home that would have never been possible without Jennifer’s relentless persistence. I have bought many homes through the years & was coming back to an area that I knew well. Had a Realitor, however was doing my own research on the side. Ran across a sign on a piece of property that I was interested in & happened to connect with Jennifer via phone. After an hour long call, I knew I needed her to be my agent, as her knowledge & experience was impressive. She was incredibly patient & flexible as I had limited windows to look @ homes. Tremendous preparation made our time very efficient, allowing us to look @ a wide array of homes. She understood that I like to analyze things, made a comprehensive spreadsheet for compare / contrasting each. Wound up placing several offers that didn’t wind up working out in such a hot market, however she empathized with my situation & worked even more aggressively. Used out of the box thinking & took extra steps to help me find the right house. She even had her Husband help out with some potential renovation & accessibility issues on a couple houses that we were interested in to remove obstacles. She stayed right with me through a very difficult closing that went sideways & at several points was foiled. She has an excellent team / support staff for any area that you may need. My house would have never been found & my deal would have never made it to close without Jennifer! What a great ending to a long process, we are so happy with her work & amazing attitude. Truly the best Realtor I’ve ever dealt with - one of a kind :)
