She was very responsive to our needs and requests. I only wish there was a manual about buying a home. Chapter one, where/how to start finding your dream home. Chapter two, what to look at, check out while touring a home. Chapter three, offer options ie. include this or split the cost of that. Chapter four, paperwork included from offer to last walk through. Chapter five, what to expect at closing. Rita, not only had to show and find homes for us and travel to them, but lead us by the hand through the process we had not been through for over 30 years!

Rita was so amazing I was a first time home buyer and my boyfriends 2nd I was very nervous and unsure about the meaning of some of the information that we were getting from our mortgage place and even though that part wasn’t her job She took the extra time to explain everything in common language. Lol She was very quick to respond to texts and emails It was her soothing words that got us to the finish line when things started to get crazy with the time frames during the last of the closing I would highly recommend her

Rita was great to work with. She went above and beyond for us. Rita is very knowledgeable in the real estate market and area. She was with us every step of the way and recommended things that were more work for her but resulted in us being more comfortable with our house purchase. Even after closing we’ve reached out to Rita for recommendations for different things and she has always been helpful and responsive.

Jeremy went above and beyond his duty as a real estate agent! While my husband and and I were working on selling and buying a house Jeremy offered to let me use his boots in a really snowy day just so I could look at houses. He also offered us his trailer in the process of moving our stuff from one house to another! He helped us every step of the way and always had advice that best suited our interests! If my husband and I are in the market again we will be going with Jeremy! He is friendly and kind and only does his best to make sure you are getting what you want!
