Chapter two, what to look at, check out while touring a home. Chapter three, offer options ie. include this or split the cost of that. Chapter four, paperwork included from offer to last walk through. Chapter five, what to expect at closing. Rita, not only had to show and find homes for us and travel to them, but lead us by the hand through the process we had not been through for over 30 years!

Rita was so amazing I was a first time home buyer and my boyfriends 2nd I was very nervous and unsure about the meaning of some of the information that we were getting from our mortgage place and even though that part wasn’t her job She took the extra time to explain everything in common language. Lol She was very quick to respond to texts and emails It was her soothing words that got us to the finish line when things started to get crazy with the time frames during the last of the closing I would highly recommend her

She was with us every step of the way and recommended things that were more work for her but resulted in us being more comfortable with our house purchase. Even after closing we’ve reached out to Rita for recommendations for different things and she has always been helpful and responsive.
