We gave Curt a description of what we were looking for and within twenty-four hours he had seven locations that might fit our wishes. Within two days we'd narrowed the choices down to two. Both were great, but we finally settled on one that not only met our requirements but exceeded them. After that, Curt helped us manage all of the steps necessary to purchase the property and within a month, we signed the papers. (He even took us to lunch.) Shawn is an exceptional realtor and friend. When I told her I was interested in properties in Havre de Grace area she kept an eye on every property that came on the market and showed it to me within 24 to 48 hours. She knows the area and market very well. Additionally as we walk through the various properties she pointed out things that were not apparent to the typical untrained eye that warranted consideration. She understood market values very well and greatly enhanced the negotiations for a great buy amicable to myself and the seller. I will definitely use her on my future real estate needs and other strongly recommended her to others.
