My husband and I highly recommended Curt. Our experience with Curt started when we dropped into the downtown Venice ReMax office. He got up from his chair, came over to greet us, shook our hands warmly and firmly, smiled and invited us to sit. He then inquired about the house and shared with us his process and strategy. He came prepared to all visits, was always on time and did not waste our time on any non-important things. The house was listed on a Friday on was sold by the following Monday after three offers each above asking. Just amazing! Curt followed our file and worked with other service ressources to ensure we closed in a very timely and short fashion. Exceptional service!

We were very particular when looking for the house we wanted to buy for retirement. We looked at at least ten houses with him, but he never lost patience. His experience with building and his living in the area for so many years was a huge benefit. As we went to each house he was able to let us know what to look for, what we might need to fix or replace and ballpark the cost, which helped us know what to offer. He was also able to recommend people he had personal experience with for estimates of repairs. When we settled on a house he helped us come up with a fair offer. When inspections found unexpected things, he helped us amend the offer to a new price. He handled the negotiations expertly to get us a great price in the end.
