We had a great experience working with Nancy Brown finding our dream home in Punta Gorda. One of the most important things to us was the fact that she got to know us personally to understand what we were looking for in a home. We were traveling from our home in Charleston, SC so it was important that we were not wasting time, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. It became questionable traveling during the pandemic and the property inventory was low. Nancy has a great ability to read people well and not only did she get to know us during the 2 year process, we feel that she has become a great friend. She knows the PGI market well and with her getting to know us the combination worked well. No time wasted traveling back & forth and always a great experience spending time with her when we were in Punta Gorda. We have built a wonderful friendship which adds value to our being here and our overall home purchase experience. My husband, Zeke, and I highly recommend Nancy Brown as a Realtor that has the knowledge and "people" skills that are necessary for a successful real estate transaction.

My wife was referred to Heidi from a common acquaintance some years ago, and we never pulled the trigger until recently. She has been a trusted resource in many things over the years. She is patient at all times, and ALWAYS got back to us with answers to even the most basic questions. Heidi is definitely on your side and will do everything within her power to make sure one gets into the house that is right for them. I started calling her "Firecracker", just a bundle of boom in action making things happen. When house shopping, you want someone who will return your calls, and she is the best at ensuring you are feeling important. We ended up with a lovely place, lots of amazing bamboo, turtles abound, plenty of trees and shade, and enough space to bring Alpacas into the fold. You will not find another realtor that takes care of your needs and desires like Firecracker does!

Heidi was truly a blessing while selling my mom and dads home after they passed away, as this was a trying time. Heidi stepped in like the pro she is and handled everything on my behalf. Chad helped me purchase another house in the past, we were delighted to have him sell our current home and assist with the purchase of our newest home. I would highly recommend chad vogt when buying a house. He gets right to the point if it's worth it or not. By that meaning he check's on if it need's a new roof or how old it is along with all the other major thing's like ac, water heater, etc. he helped me and my family buy a home and we recommend him to everyone that's looking as well. 5 stars all the way.
