Elva is an amazing realtor who goes above and beyond for her clients. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable in all aspects related to buying or selling property. I needed to sell property after my father passed and, because I live out of state, Elva stepped up and went above and beyond to make the experience as convenient and pain free as possible. Elva well exceeded expectations from the very beginning. She was always on time and very professional. With this being my first time selling property I needed a good bit of hand holding and Elva was very thorough in walking me through every step of the process from listing to settlement. She was very knowledgeable about the township, and area the home was located in being able to offer valuable insights as well as market in a way that drew the maximum amount of buyer attention. We had alot of showings despite the property being very unique. She knew exactly how to list and market to overcome all of the potential hurdles maximizing the opportunity for the estate. She kept me informed about every showing, all of the feedback from the showings, as well as any other pertinent information along the way. I felt very informed and never out of the loop. Even with the challenges faced by the uniqueness of the property and there fact we were outside of the peak buying season Elva was able to secure a buyer and we were able to settle in a fairly short amount of time. The estate couldn't be more pleased with Elva's services as a top notch realtor in Franklin and surrounding counties. I would highly recommend her for any of your real estate buying or selling needs as I couldn't imagine a better level of service. Kudos to Elva Benjamin and Remax of Gettysburg.

Elva was awesome to work with with every step of buying our first home. She was always able to be reached and had limitless knowledge about homes and the process making it so easy for us all we had to do was look at homes and sign paperwork Elva had everything else taken care of for us, she made the process as easy as first time home buying can be, would definitely recommend to anyone buying or selling a home.

Here is why Elva excels: a. Fully understands the real estate business. This applies to the overall market and specifically to the geography in which she operates. Provides good, commonsense answers to questions without hesitation. Does not have to search for a response or factual information. b. Developed a winning strategy for the sale. Her analysis supporting the strategy accurately showed positive property features. Recommendations for improvement if required were included during the execution of the strategy. Pricing was right on the mark as evidenced by buyer commitment less than a week after the property was released for sale. c. Communication and coordination. No lack of these two important elements was experienced at any time during the course of the sales process that resulted in closing. "Staying on the same page" was vital to her success with the sale . There were no "mid-course corrections" resulting from misunderstandings or failures to communicate. d. Impeccable integrity. Keen customer service skills and the sincerity with which Elva deals convinced me early on to afford her maximum latitude in pursuing the sale of the property. e. Simply put, I find Elva to be a consummate professional and a valued member of your real estate team. Accordingly, it seems most appropriate that she should be offered the opportunity to undertake greater responsibility in the real estate arena.
