Well I was tired of ever increasing rent in Colorado and Finally decided to buy home that would fit my budget. I was looking for a mortgage that would sum up around my monthly rent payment. I wanted a large yard where i could enjoy as well. I worked with couple of other realtors as well, but had hard time managing time to go and look for properties during the regular office hours as i had to work and would not fit in the realtors schedule .Finally one of my friend introduced me to Neelam and I was very surprised by the way she helped me look at the properties on my schedule. I did not even take a single day off from the day she started showing me properties to the day of closing. she explained all the real states terminologies to me in such a layman style that helped me crack the nuts and bolts for finding a right home. she was very helpful in finding me a good lender, insurance agents and all the the various other parts that needed to be assembled before you could get the keys for your new home. I am very happy to have worked with her and will always work with her for future real estate needs.

Very Very Knowledgeable!! I would highly recommend Toni, she helped me w/ the sale of my home which we had to rent back from the purchaser and she handled all of that for us. She also helped me purchase a new built home, and helped every step of the way. And is still helping me deal w/ warranty issues. She goes above and beyond, and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of selling and buying a home. She knows a lot about the inspection process and city taxes. And she has a great group of people she can put you in touch w/ as far as lenders and inspection professionals. I would not use anyone else for my realtor needs.
