Brad was very knowledgeable of the market trends in our area and pointed out multiple minor easy fixes in our house that made a big difference. Brad brought in a stager and professional photographer that made the difference when I searched our home online to see how it compared to others on the market. Brad was quick to respond to questions even if he was out of town. Overall I don’t refer people to others but with Brad I will refer him to others if they are selling their home or buying.
