Kelley showed up during our initial meet and greet and had already put in a lot of foot work based off our phone call to discuss what we were looking for. My husband and I had planned on meeting with her and scheduling times to do open houses in the near future. She blew us away with the research she had done. We ended up going to see multiple houses that day! A week later we ended up purchasing the first house we had visited. Kelley was incredible! As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and she patiently walked us through everything. She is so personable and made us feel so comfortable with the process. We knew she was out to find us what was best for us and not trying to sell what was best for her. We fully trusted her through it all and knew we could count on her. We love our beautiful home and when we are ready to upgrade to a larger house she will be our first call! She has become a part of our family and we are so thankful we had her to guide us through our home buying experience!

Stacey is amazing! I am a first time home buyer and she walked me through every step of the way. I asked a million questions and she always had an answer for me very quickly. She also made sure that I was comfortable with what we were doing every step of the way because things had to move extremely quick when making an offer on my home. She also consistently checked in with me to be sure that things were going smoothly and I didn’t have any questions. She worked extremely hard to help me find the perfect home! Jeff and Melani assisted in the sale of a probate property. I reside in Arizona and it would have been extremely difficult for me to handle a lot of the property matters in Colorado. Jeff and Melani were invaluable to me in assisting with meeting with contractors, inspectors, auctioneer, etc. They always kept me informed of the status of getting the property ready to sell and always explained every document and communication received. They have excellent communication with their clients. They are very friendly and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend them as real estate agents.

Stacey did an incredible job walking us through the listing and selling of our home. She took the time to walk through our house before listing and advised us what repairs to make to get the best bang for our buck. The professional photographer she hired took amazing photos of our home and we quickly had numerous showings within hours of listing our house. As the offers poured in, she reviewed the highlights and drawbacks of each offer, helping us to pick the best one. She walked us through negotiations, giving us sound advice but always having our back (even if we didn't follow her advice!). She also helped us close on our house even though we were out of state at the time of closing. A seamless process start to finish - we HIGHLY recommend Stacey!

No matter the time of day or location, she was always willing to show us a property even if she already knew we wouldn't like it ;) There was no pressure with Stacey, and she was happy to answer all of our dumb questions. Stacey is very knowledgeable about so many different areas in the Metro Area/Northern Colorado and had many strategies to help us succeed in the crazy covid housing market.
