I cannot see enough good things about Holly! She had great ideas for staging the house and what repairs were necessary. Her marketing skills are un phenomenal. The house was on the market for one day it’s sold. Holly got me more money for the house than what I expected to receive. Working with Nate was terrific. He was extremely available to us by text and phone and excellent at the negotiation stage and at ensuring the seller followed through on all of their promises before closing. He made his schedule very flexible so that he could meet our needs. Any time Nate didn't know the answer to a question, he promised to get us an answer ASAP and always did.
