•I was referred to Rick by an out of state agent from the moment Rick and I spoke I could tell he was very efficient and professional. Spent two weeks working with him or less to find the right home in this crazy market. When I found the perfect home Rick rolled up his sleeves to make sure our contract out did the other offers. During this process he made sure I had access to all the photos of the home, inspection etc. since I was not able to physically see the home myself. With his years of experience he made sure that my offer was a solid offer which the listing agent excepted. During the whole process Rick was there to walk me through everything including the mail out closing. The follow up was amazing during and even after the close. Being in the mortgage business providing home loans for clients I know the importance of communication and Rick will deliver results and guidance through your purchase. I can assure you he knows the market and he inventory. But what impressed me the most was instead of just writing an offer he first did his research on the home to see how it was priced especially to make sure that the features of the home would satisfy my needs.
