Working with Fonda was the best experience we’ve had with any realtor. She had a great knowledge of the areas where we were looking to buy and made the buying experience so easy. We live out of town and couldn’t travel to the area and she went out of her way with live videos of homes to make us feel we were there with her. She toured the nearby areas of prospective homes and made videos so we got a great feel and understanding of the surrounding neighborhoods. She responded to questions promptly and was available to talk after hours as necessary. She didn’t leave us after the sale was completed. She assisted us in finding a home insurance company and also found us a contractor that we hired to do some work on the house. You’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t seek out and hire Fonda as your realtor.

The service Julie provided was, by far, the best part of our home buying experience. We weren't quite sure if we wanted a condo, co-op, or single family home, and Julie took the time to show us prime examples of each. Her local knowledge of Bay Ridge is unparalleled and she was incredible responsive to all of our (many) questions. She was able to get us in to see homes when our schedule didn't line up with open house schedules, and she was very helpful with negotiations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell in Bay Ridge.

We had a rough sale to navigate with high expectations and many obstacles. Kevin stuck with me, let me vent, gave me his best advice. He has many industry contacts which you never know you are going to need but when you do it's important to have someone with quick answers. I definitely recommend this guy who will smile the whole way and be about as helpful as anyone I know.

From the beginning, Kevin offered his advice on how to get the house ready; he has knowledge in local services from trash removal to painter and cleaning services. When deadline is set, Kevin always follows thru. You can clearly tell he loves his profession and eager to help. Most importantly, Kevin does a thorough market comp and at the end, he work with us on what a fair price is to sell the house, not what he wants to sell the house for... and that is huge.
