I hired Nick Vavoulis to list an extremely difficult property. I didn’t think he would even want to touch it, as it was a unique property with an odd title issue. Nick didn’t flinch. He stuck with this property, and we sold fast! That closing proceeded smoothly and we closed on time. Nick was in close contact with me and the title agent as well as the mortgage broker for the buyer and the private mortgage holder to smooth out the wrinkles to make sure the closing went efficiently. I was impressed with Nick, Samantha, and Nick’s entire staff. I since 2019 I have used him as a seller’s agent and a buyer’s agent multiple times. And in the future I will use him again!
