Elle was great. Thorough, professional, great communicator. I highly recommend her and would gladly have her as our agent again whether buying or selling. Jan was very helpful and knowledgeable, she showed us many houses before we eventually found the right one for us. Thank goodness she is patient and understanding because sometimes finding the perfect home can be hard. When it came to negotiations and purchase she was great, there is no one else I can confidently recommend as a Real Estate Professional because Jan Monson. EDIT: Two years after helping us purchase our first home, Jan has helped us sell said home, and purchase another. Just as before Jan was incredibly patient and helpful in the entire process. I'm honest in saying that it was very likely that I was one of those "more difficult" customers for Jan, but despite this she was patient and kind in dealing with my pickiness and need for perfection. I cannot say enough good things about Jan and her service, and hope that in another two years or less she will be helping us again. If I could, I would buy and sell homes/properties just for the pleasure of working with her.
