We were first time home buyers and Janis made our experience easy, stress free & fun. She was very helpful easy to reach and contacted us right away if we had any questions. She would always accommodate us due to our work hours. Very knowledgeable and what I really appreciated the most is that she was so honest with us. My husband & I are very thankful that we got to work with Janis in helping us find our first perfect home! Definitely I would recommend Janis as a broker.

Jan was very helpful and knowledgeable, she showed us many houses before we eventually found the right one for us. Thank goodness she is patient and understanding because sometimes finding the perfect home can be hard. When it came to negotiations and purchase she was great, there is no one else I can confidently recommend as a Real Estate Professional because Jan Monson. EDIT: Two years after helping us purchase our first home, Jan has helped us sell said home, and purchase another. Just as before Jan was incredibly patient and helpful in the entire process. I'm honest in saying that it was very likely that I was one of those "more difficult" customers for Jan, but despite this she was patient and kind in dealing with my pickiness and need for perfection. I cannot say enough good things about Jan and her service, and hope that in another two years or less she will be helping us again. If I could, I would buy and sell homes/properties just for the pleasure of working with her.

Janis went out of her way to make sure that we got the property we wanted. Her knowledge of working with HUD allowed us an advantage over others trying to bid for the property. Great job! Would definitely recommend her.
