We ultimately decided to go with a new build. Heather helped us with the process of buying a new build, which is more complicated than buying an existing home. Fast forward to when it came to selling my home, she was so quick with getting the listing up as well as having an open house. My home sold in three weeks! She helped me negotiate with a fairly difficult person. My wife and I truly appreciate what she did for us both buying and selling a home. Heather is a wonderful realtor but more importantly a genuine person who will go above and beyond for her clients.
