David Ladner has been in the business for 10 years and has been the Broker/Owner of REMAX Harmony since June 2020. After being in the business for 7 years and consistently breaking records on a regional and national level for REMAX, David decided to take the giant leap to become a Broker/Owner of his own RE/MAX franchise in the Greater Boston / North Shore area. The name, REMAX Harmony, is representative of the way David and his team seamlessly practice proactive communication and best practices in order to consistently help their clients achieve their goals in a timely manner. David was awarded the prestigious Chairman’s Club Award in 2018, 2019, and 2020, the Titan Club Award in 2021 and 2023, and the Diamond Club Team Award in 2022 and 2024. Since 2019, he has consistently ranked in the Top 1.5% of real estate professionals in America according to RealTrends Verified* rankings. Born in Boston and raised in Malden, MA, David has lived in eastern Massachusetts his whole life. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. In 2011, after working in the Retail Management industry for 7 years, he decided to purchase an investment property to start earning passive income. He and his wife purchased their first home in Everett: a 4-Family home, where they lived in one unit and rented out the other three. Researching investment properties, going through the buying and negotiating stages, and starting renovations and repairs taught David many new skills. By going through this experience, he realized his passion for Real Estate. Growing up with a mother who built a successful 30+ year career as a REALTOR® in Arlington, MA, I saw firsthand how exceptional service, integrity, and trust create lasting success. I carry those same principles into my own business every day. As a nearly lifelong Greater Boston resident, I offer deep local knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for helping my clients find not just a home, but the right community. I am committed to building meaningful relationships and take pride in supporting a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to growing families to those ready to downsize. In addition to my real estate work, I am a dedicated community leader in Reading, serving as an elected member of both the School Committee and Town Meeting. My mission is simple.
