Born in Boston and raised in Malden, MA, David has lived in eastern Massachusetts his whole life. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. In 2011, after working in the Retail Management industry for 7 years, he decided to purchase an investment property to start earning passive income. He and his wife purchased their first home in Everett: a 4-Family home, where they lived in one unit and rented out the other three. Researching investment properties, going through the buying and negotiating stages, and starting renovations and repairs taught David many new skills. By going through this experience, he realized his passion for Real Estate.
