Barbara was amazing. Her knowledge of the area was excellent. Our offer was excepted in spite of there being multiple offers on the property. She recommended a great inspection company. They did a very thorough job. She connected me with an electrician and a company to repair the electrical storm shutters. Both provided quotes immediately within the inspection period.She negotiated a large credit back at closing for these repairs. The lender she recommended got me a great interest rate and we closed in 30 days. So happy with this experience. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It took Janet about 1 month to do what our previous realtor could not in over a year. After being disappointed with our previous realtor we decided to reach out to Janet because we spoke with her previously from reaching out independently. We were not disappointed. Her knowledge of the surrounding areas and regulations for purchasing property was great! If she didnt know the answer to questions we asked she went and found them, whether it was from closing companies, town halls, etc. She was really patient, honest and really undestands what people are going through when purchasing property.
