Outstanding Service
Both as a buyer in this transaction and as a career real estate broker from another state, Cheryl's service, attention to detail and attentiveness was superb. She was always prompt to return phone calls and worked diligently to find the answers to any questions I raised. With the greatest confidence I would recommend to friends and family. Should she ever relocate to Jersey, I would hire her instantly.

Always easy!

Customer Service at it's best
Selling your house is very emotional process but Cheryl handled all my questions, concerns, changes and crazy work schedule with the most professional and positive attitude. She knows her market well and stayed on top of every step and kept me updated. One thing that I appreciated most was her response time and answering all my calls. AMAZING EXPERIENCE !!
Cheryl worked high and low no matter what it took to help me get into my home. Being a single parent and only being approved for so much was stressful enough. She never gave up on finding a home for me and once we found my perfect house she never gave up trying to get me in there! My financing even fell through after closing was set back twice. She was patient, helpful, and encouraging the whole time. She even talked the seller and their agent to wait for new loan with a different bank and thank goodness they waited and after a rigorous 3 months of back of stress she never gave up on me and we finally got our keys! I couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with. I was so truly thankful to have her with me the whole step of the way!

Best in Class
Cheryl was referred to us moving to FL from Kansas City and we couldn’t have gotten a better realtor to represent us. She’s knowledgeable, efficient, timely and is always working for her clients. Marianne gave me useful advices and overall much confidence from beginning to the end
I was lucky enough to have Marianne on my side when I was purchasing my home. She offered to assist and she guided me throughout the whole process of home buying. She was very professional and always available whenever I needed her input. On closing day I wanted to show my appreciation by offering a little cash reward. Marianne gently declined and she reminded me she was only helping me because she wanted to see me through. Therefore money was out of question. The world is a better place with people like Marianne. Our home was listed and sold in a week. Bobbi is very knowledgeable and takes the worry out of the whole process. She was available anytime we had questions or just needed reassurance.
