From the moment I met Jack, I could see how professionally he would be handling the sale of my house. He had a packet for me that made it very easy for me to see how much fees and profit would be. Then, his photos of the house, including drone and evening shots. Wow! My home looked like a million bucks. After that, he took care of small details like clearing snow, helping move some furniture, always offering to help where needed. I wish I could clone him to handle my personal life like he took care of the sale. Things that would stress me out - clearing weeds, staining the deck, having a wood stove removed. The whole process was great, I can’t imagine how Jack could have done a better job for us.

Great job on marketing. The pictures and videos of the home were first rate. Glad that he used a professional photographer. Showed the house in the best light. Felt that Jack gave me good information and advice in a market that seemed to be changing on a near daily basis. Raising interest rates and the beginning of a shift from a sellers' to a buyers' market required adjustments to sell the property. He also helped me find a good, responsive real estate agent in another state.

I can not put into words how amazing Yolanda was during our home purchase. We had a very tough seller to deal with but Yolanda was one step ahead and provided us a shield from the terrible process we encountered with the seller. She fought for us everyday and made sure we were informed and made the best decisions to close on our house. She was beyond amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we got our house and kept us sane through the process. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know if they were looking for an agent. Her knowledge is vast and her drive to protect her clients is present through the whole process.
