Jack is not just a great realtor to work with, but also a genuine person. We were on a hunt for a house for a year and a half before we got to ours, and during these times, he has been patient, attentive and honest with us. We were looking for a fixer-upper house and we have communicated with Jack about our hard-limits and financial boundaries, with these in mind Jack has been nothing but helpful. Never have we felt pressured or pushed to put in an offer in a house, instead, Jack offered his professional insights to help us evaluate the properties and was honest when a property was not right for us. After our offer was accepted, we informed Jack that we would need to expedite the closing and he was there to ensure that it was completed in under 3 weeks. He was hands-on with inspections and continued to look after us and our best interest. Lastly, I may not have been the primary point of contact throughout this entire process, but Jack never made me feel less of a buyer than my partner which I truly appreciate as a woman. We will definitely use Jack again when we finally decide to sell and help us find our forever home.
