Carla and her team went the extra mile in marketing our home, in this increasingly tougher sellers market. From staging our home, to having multiple Open Home events, even after a deal fell through, Carla and her team pushed through and put in the time to make a sale happen. With her human resource network, Carla was able to assist with needed repairs, and cleanup that were essential to a successful conclusion. We have worked with 3 different Realtors in the last 5 years, and without hesitation, I can say that Carla and her team are the best in our area.

Carla did a great job guiding us in the direction that helped sell our house ((the first week listed) (over asking price) (in a changing market)). She goes out of her way to make the house look amazing and her marketing was very professional and thorough. She is responsive and knowledgeable. Her associates were amazing too. They showed us houses at a moments notice and helped us find a great fit for our needs. Plus they are kind and reassuring when the stress is on.

It was just our good fortune that we found Carla. Us being new to the area didn't have the connections to get referrals for an agent to purchase a home. We went to Google and Carla's name and some others came up. She was the only one to respond to our call and did so in a matter of minutes. She continued with this prompt service through out the process of buying the perfect home! She always contacted us when we had question and it was a breeze to work through the whole process with her.   We were so lucky to have found Susie Dilts-Huber to be our realtor to sell our beloved home of 25 years. My wife and I spoke with Carla when we were only dating and while we didn't buy from her the first time she left such an exceptionally good impression that when we were ready to buy, she was without a doubt our first choice. She was patient and helpful with us through all the viewings and just when we were about to take a break in our search our home popped up and Carla made sure we got one of the first viewings.
