Within a 10 week period, Robin helped us to both sell our existing home and purchase another. Both transactions were incredibly smooth. Of course, when you’re dealing with banks, money, inspections and emotions, there were the usual stressors and hoops to jump through but Robin had an answer (or knew someone that had an answer) for anything and everything. Honestly, the two transactions were nearly seamless and we actually had fun in the process! Robin has a great sense of humor but is also very professional where and when she needs to be. I know she sleeps but I’m not sure when (flawless communication practices) and she helped us negotiate very good terms on both the sale and the purchase.
