Robin was extremely thorough as well as easy to work with. She was in constant communication with me during the time we worked together. She communicated clearly through every step of the process of listing, showing, and selling the house. She gave continuous updates during the entire process including feedback from the showing of the house. She also responded immediately to my questions whether through e-mail or text. Robin Hamiton is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Her no nonsense honest communication style, her local market knowledge, her amazing cast of support people, all made a very difficult estate sale of my father's property a huge success. She saved the day several times by not only getting me in touch with a group of amazing trade professionals to make the necessary repairs in order to get me the best possible price for the property, but continously following up, moving the process forward, all the while making me feel confident that she had everything in complete control. Everybody I spoke with told me she is the best, her tag line on her card is: "I will exceed your expectations". She certainly did in spades. Within a 10 week period, Robin helped us to both sell our existing home and purchase another. Both transactions were incredibly smooth. Of course, when you’re dealing with banks, money, inspections and emotions, there were the usual stressors and hoops to jump through but Robin had an answer (or knew someone that had an answer) for anything and everything. Honestly, the two transactions were nearly seamless and we actually had fun in the process! Robin has a great sense of humor but is also very professional where and when she needs to be. I know she sleeps but I’m not sure when (flawless communication practices) and she helped us negotiate very good terms on both the sale and the purchase. She has a great support team and be sure and get a copy of her “service provider” list – although we have been in the Lake Wildwood community for years, it’s a really thorough and useful collection of resources for just about any situation.
