I recently bought a very unique, one of a kind home in Auburn, California. I knew the minute I saw it that I wanted it. It had been many years since I’d bought or sold a home, having raised my children in my last home. I had lived in that home for 35 years. It was difficult to leave, but I knew it was time. I was ready to downsize and move closer to my grand babies. Kristen Adams helped me every step of the way. Kristen is friendly and personable, easy to talk to, and fun to be with, but also very professional. She helped me buy my dream home and then helped me sell the home that I have loved for all these years. When the first offer fell through, she stayed calm and reassured me that it would be OK. She helped me with all the business of buying and selling, but she did so much more. She offered support when she didn’t have to. When I was desperately trying to get everything out of my house, she took the last load down to Auburn for me and helped with some house cleaning, as well. She’s the best!

Kristan did a wonderful job selling our Grass Valley house in a fairly difficult market. The pictures posted to the web made our house look amazing, and she did her best to make contact with realtors all over California to pull in interest from local and distant markets. We were able to sell the house quickly, with both seller and buyer walking away happy. Kristen kept us informed during the process, and we found her to be knowledgeable about the market, and sympathetic to our needs. We recommend Kristen highly.

Real estate agent 4 minutes ago Kristen Adams. A name you should get to know. My shopping for a home in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area began in 2021/2022 and was a very stressful experience until I met Kristen. She was THERE FOR ME. I'm sure I was a big pain at times, but she always had a smile, a word of encouragement, always had answers, always returned phone/text calls, always had the right advice, always took care of business on every level.
