I recently bought a very unique, one of a kind home in Auburn, California. I knew the minute I saw it that I wanted it. It had been many years since I’d bought or sold a home, having raised my children in my last home. I had lived in that home for 35 years. It was difficult to leave, but I knew it was time. I was ready to downsize and move closer to my grand babies. Kristen Adams helped me every step of the way. She helped me buy my dream home and then helped me sell the home that I have loved for all these years. When the first offer fell through, she stayed calm and reassured me that it would be OK. When I was desperately trying to get everything out of my house, she took the last load down to Auburn for me and helped with some house cleaning, as well. She’s the best!

My shopping for a home in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area began in 2021/2022 and was a very stressful experience until I met Kristen. She was THERE FOR ME. Kristen is by far the most amazing realtor we have ever worked with.. She returned every call and text almost immediately (there were a lot of them at all hours of the day, including weekends). But her main attribute is that she goes above and beyond any expectation we had. Because we were purchasing from out of town she would do video walk-throughs for us. She never made excuses and always represented us in a professional manner. Her team included mortgage broker, Jon McIntosh and various contractors that made our purchase that much easier. Kristen was very responsive to every question I had, and was willing to go out of her way to make things happen. For instance, I initially came in with a cash offer, but then decided to change to financing (with 30% down) the house. Kristen quickly informed the sellers, who thankfully agreed to the change. She set me up with a local mortgage broker (Jon McIntosh), who was super helpful in getting it all pulled together quickly. In summary, we closed escrow on our beautiful home in 30 days, and we're very happy with the entire experience!
