As a first time home buyer I appreciated Jennifer Wall's patience. She educated me at each step from mortgage pre-approval to closing of escrow. Her guidance in understanding the mortgage process was very helpful. She is highly knowledgeable about the local market and throughout the whole process was highly professional. She demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation as a first time home buyer She went out of her way to ensure every detail was addressed, from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with the property. When there was an issue she promptly addressed it with the sellers agent demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and negotiated a mutually agreeable solution to have the necessary repairs made prior to any purchase agreement. Jennifer promptly answered my calls and emails, keeping me informed about any developments. Her ability to clearly explain the contract details was particularly valuable. When we finally did find a suitable property and we're able to close the deal, she was very generous and re-suppled my fuel for my heating system with 50 gallons of diesel fuel at her own costs. She had good boundaries when they might have gotten blurry given the circumstances. She left the decisions to us, while at the same time being willing to offer her expert opinion. Ours was not a straightforward or cookie-cutter sale, but she took everything in stride and made it all go smoothly. We were able to complete the sale more quickly than we hoped. It's hard to imagine a better guide through a stressful process.

Shannon is a top agent in Hidden Valley. She is familiar with every house on the market here. We met and I told her what I was and wasn't looking for in a home. Once my criteria was established, she didn't waste my time dragging me around to look at homes that didn't fit within my parameters.
