I honestly don’t know where to start. we had spent about 7 months with a previous realtor and got nowhere slowly. Mallory really took the time to understand our needs, what would work for us, and was always sending things our way. I felt like we were her only clients with all of the care and thoughtfulness she put into our search with us. She is super responsive, always ready to put in an offer, and frankly she is a fantastic human being. she negotiated a few times for us and on the one we purchased for a fantastic deal and even talked them into throwing in appliances and other items. Mallory is the perfect realtor that has the proper balance of patience and customer service for you but then aggressive and tenacious with the selling parties. Mallory was the total package, everything you would want in a realtor.She staged my empty, remote place, went out of the way to get everything looking great, and sold it over the weekend for way more than I was asking. Being a much younger home buyer, not many people took me serious. I never got calls back, or I was told come back in a couple years. Mallory stood by my side, answered every call, every text and any questions I would have. If she didn’t have the answers, she would get them and call me back. The scary process of buying a home is one thing, being 23 and 21 in the market is a whole different world. But that Never stopped Mallory, I plan on buying more homes in the future and I have referred everyone I know buying homes to her. She takes care of you and makes you feel important! The only person I can trust to buy or sell my home with. She’s is a one of a kind Agent!
