We the, Raju Family, had cherished a beautiful home on Talmont Drive Riding for over 20 years. A home in which we raised and nurtured our little twin girls as they transformed into two beautiful young women, who accomplished their dreams within the walls of the home and the wonderful community of South Riding. In early 2024, we started making broader plans in hope of finding a large, but cozy space to fill with our growing family. As we started this process, we knew Tracie would be our best choice - as we reflect through the entire process sitting in our new home, we certainly made the best and right choice! We had very specific needs, wanted a particular community, and looked for specific requirements within the home itself. Tracie was so patient and informative while guiding and supporting us through our needs! We really appreciated the way she would revert back with the responses and guide us patiently and effortlessly through the search.  She helped us find the right dream home and then we started on the decision making and finalizing process.  Raju & I started working on the specificities and home buying / selling process and she was by our side throughout the entire process providing tons of confidence, support, and reassurance. She helped us in selling the current home in time to make the transition into the new home seamless. Tracie helped prep our home for the sale while providing guidance and pointers while we prepared our home for the market - all while helping us close on another simultaneously! Both Tracie & Beth made the transition happen so effortlessly! We whole heartedly feel we have their team as part of our family as we begin on this new journey.
