•I was new to Mendocino County and the rural property market, and Diane’s deep roots and experience were invaluable in navigating the process and helping me find the right property. She understood what I was looking for and helped me learn the unexpected parts of buying here. She is flexible, knowledgeable, and was also able to connect me with other qualified partners, like contractors and lenders, to help make the deal work. I highly recommend working with Diane.
We had quite an unusual house, off grid, composting privy, rammed earth walls and Lia made sure to be well educated about the most idiosyncratic detail. She has a way of seeing the silver lining in drawbacks, knows how to work around lender issues, brings in the most professional back up team. All the while, she is very sensitive to human needs and never any pressuring. She is upbeat and positive, and both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one proceeded beautifully in just the way she predicted. We are still amazed at how it all turned out.
I found Lia was a great communicator. She kept us informed every step of the way. Our country home was built of rammed earth, off the grid and had many other unique characteristics. I felt she did a fantastic job. I would recommend her with no hesitation.
