Our experience with Kim was excellent
We have worked with Kim for a few years. Her knowledge and professional experience was overwhelming and we wouldn't of wanted any other realtor to be by out side during our journey.

Best Realtor I’ve ever had!
Kim stays on top of everything all the time even though she may be very busy with her other clients or even on a vacation. Her attentiveness to your needs is superior to any realtor I’ve ever used, she is working taking care of issues when you don’t even know there’s an issue. She makes everything in a sale or purchase seem effortless with her knowledge and experience far beyond just real estate. I’ve used Kim’s expertise three times in both sales and purchases and wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

Very positive experience
Kathy knows the Belleview market. She is a great communicator and was very supportive and helpful as we lived out of state. Helped smooth out all the typical wrinkles with selling a property.

Could NOT have been a BETTER experience...She was PERFECT!
We expect a lot from people. Kathy went above and beyond even our expectations. She went non-stop to sell our home. She worked after hours and was available 24/7. "Absolutely Amazing" does not adequately describe her work ethic. Kathy is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I would NEVER sell a house in the future without first at least consulting her. We LOVE Kathy and we hope she stays in touch over the years! She helped us part with our first family home, with huge success! THANK YOU!!!

Mike is the best!

Kathy was very professional, caring and understanding of our needs.
