I have bought and sold many, many homes in my life but the experience recently with Kim was fantastic. The whole experience was fun and totally professional. She knows the area, the market and not just did she find me a home, she went the extra mile to show me where the facilities and amenities were located in the neighborhood. She did not have to do that but she did and I appreciate that. In addition, the Seller evidently left the home in a not so clean state so, unbeknown to me me at the time, Kim got stuck in and cleaned and moped floors so that it was "move in ready".
