Frank is incredibly knowledgeable and a true expert in real estate. When I first decided to sell my home, Frank helped me walk through the house and find opportunities to maximize the value. Christopher was absolutely amazing from beginning all the way to the end of the sale. He was on time and showed me the home. I loved that he was honest when I asked certain questions. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Once I decided I wanted the home things went pretty quickly. I didn't have to worry and he took care of everything all I did was show up and sign. Anytime I emailed him or text him he answered right away. I recommended him to a few people who are possibly looking for homes in Tucson Arizona including my own cousin. If I look to buy again in the future Christopher Ried WILL be my go-to guy, HE SHOULD BE YOURS AS WELL. THANK YOU CHRISTOPHER!! What can I say, selling and or buying with Christopher was a dream come true, First and foremost he answers his phone or calls you right back! First realtor ever that we have found that does this. He was courteous, well manor d, explained all and was on time with everything that was needed. He goes above and beyond for his clients. The only thing I can say is that he made us feel like VIPS, even though I know this was not the most expensive home he has sold. If you haven't seen his videos I highly suggest you check them out as if I had more money I would be buying more homes. Use Christopher Ried as you won't be disappointed.

My mother was unexpectedly having to transition and move from her home to senior assisted living at a time when the housing market was slow. I her son, who is out of state, was tasked as the primary seller and contact for my mother. I needed a special realtor, not just one who knows realty and how to market, sell and close a deal, but I needed someone my mother and I could trust to go above and beyond what is expected, be my so called "boots on the ground" since I lived in Missouri and was working full time. I wouldn't be available to do all the things a home owner needs to do to properly prepare a home for sale. We interviewed several highly recommended realtors and I chose Christopher (with my mother fully in agreement) to be not just our realtor, but the person I wanted as my "boots on the ground"... to quarterback my team...and he did not disappoint! Christopher worked tirelessly for us, not only properly prepping the house for sale, but his marketing was exceptional. We decided to price moderately aggressive, and had 3 written offers by the third day, successfully closing well above our asking price! Christopher expertly handled all the little challenges that occur in the process of successfully closing a deal, and did it in a highly professional and ethical manner. His work ethic is relentless. His professional instincts are amazing. His communication skills are exceptional and timely...answering our questions and appropriately keeping us in the loop through the entire process.
