Chris has been my savior. I've had another experience outside of selling my home. I had a roof leak that just wouldn't go away. Chris always got someone out to fix it. I live in Seattle and my house is in Tucson, so he was my liaison to the house. I offered to pay him for those services and he refused. He just got a roofing CO out and got it fixed. He made selling my house bearable. He did everything. I don't have enough kind words to type to explain his warmth, compassion, and professionalism. If you are selling a property i highly recommend you do it with Chris--TOP NOTCH

Christopher is an incredible realtor he goes above and beyond from helping to get rid of things to lining up companies to fix items and even staging the home. He's easy to work with and always answers his phone or calls you back right away! (What a concept) Christopher has the ability to remove the stress and always brings a sense of ease to every situation. His marketing and knowledge of areas is truly amazing and was right on point in every way. Our sale was quick and easy. Christopher Ried is a phenomenal realtor who understands the Tucson market. It didn't matter to Chris that I was searching for a home out of state - he was always on board with exploring a new direction whether it be a different neighborhood, home style, layout, etc. I had tons of questions throughout the process as a first time buyer and Chris tackled each one with ease. Began with an initial meeting on a Monday with Christopher and the very next Monday had a tour with 2 more scheduled for that same week. Christopher invited me to conduct the first tour in order to hear my specific knowledge about my property. The person was not only enthused but made an offer immediately after that tour on that day. So, needless to say, I was very impressed and appreciated Christopher bringing me the client that bought that day. I had no time to even consider regrets or question my decision to sell. The whole process was 7 days! The drone tour was also amazing and showed the venue and apartment in a perfect professional presentation.
