I'll start off by saying that I honestly can't heap enough praise on Alana, she is truly one of a kind. As a first time home buyer, I was a bit overwhelmed. However, having Alana as my realtor made the home buying process so much easier. A Colorado native, genuine person and true professional, she sincerely has her clients best interest at heart. Alana goes above and beyond her obligations and did a terrific job simplifying the process and guiding me step by step through all the deadlines and criteria needed to be met while under contract. She helped me find the perfect home within a month of starting our search. Alan Childre is just the best! We have an out of state residence and were looking for a condo in the Boulder area on a very tight budget. Alana respected our limits and worked diligently to help us identify the area and properties that would give us the highest value for our money. Her personal attention, immediate follow up, understanding and interpretation of inter-state issues, advocacy when necessary, and simple courtesy and care made us feel as if we were her only clients. Her professionalism served us well in making an offer, negotiation, inspection, working with HOA, and funding issues. Michele was my realtor not once but twice. My first deal did not go through due to my loan officer. She stayed on top of everything and worked with him everyday. I waited another 6 months before I decided to try again and Michele was right there with me again the entire way. She explains everything along the way. She will always keep up on anything you need to sign to get it done in a time manner for all concerned. If I ever move again she will be who I make my first call to.
