I have 25+ Years Sales Experience, plus Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification, CLHMS certification and Knock certification. Prior to working in Real Estate, I owned and operated multiple retail stores. I understand listening to my client's needs and the importance of great customer service. I am full time REALTOR; I am available 7 days a week and after normal business hours to work with my client's busy schedule.
I work with buyers, sellers, first time home buyers, new homes, investment properties, and rentals. For over 20 years I worked with a Utility service company in upper management managing a field force that served the needs of electric utility companies to insure power to their customers. I have served on the HOA Board of Directors in the two communities we have lived in, in Arizona, I teach and lead classes at our church. Was an Ambassador with the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, and a Founding member of the Anthem Chamber of Commerce. I served on the Board of Directors for the Scottsdale Association of Realtors for 9 years and was the President in 2017. Also served for two years on the National Association of Realtor for 2 years. Have served many years ob the Government Affairs Committee and RAPAC Committee for the Scottsdale Association of Realtors. I bring a servant attitude to my real estate work.

I have bought and sold many houses over the years
I have bought and sold many houses over the years. Mark Spivak is the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable of the industry and the market, provides exemplary service and incredibly helpful advice. He got our house sold at the highest price this model has ever obtained. He does everything he can to help in every step of the process including putting out our trash after we left and returning our WiFi router. You can’t do better than Mark Spivak.

We were a little nervous as we set out to buy...
